Returns of Fuji Spray System Merchandise

TIPS: Inspect your package carefully before opening it. Take photos of any damage to the package, in case the contents were affected.

And do the same when you open the package. It’s unusual for items to arrive with scratches, dents, or other problems, but if they do, then dated photos will help you get a refund if it proves necessary to return an item.

This is because if I receive a return item that’s in less than perfect condition, I will offer it for sale to someone else only as a “scratch and dent” item for a much lower price — as much as 25 or 30 percent less than a full refund.

So please take a dated photograph if you do see any problems!

HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM: Please email or call for a return authorization.

You might want to send an email as well, if photos will help explain the problem.

You pay return shipping unless…

The exception is, of course, if you received the wrong item(s)! Or the item is received in damaged condition. Problems like this are handled on a case by case basis, so we’ll talk!

Returning a Fuji Spray System

Unused systems will be accepted for return within 30 days of purchase.

Returning other Fuji Spray merchandise

Returns of unused accessories are accepted on a case by case basis. Usually spray guns can be accepted for full refunds only if they have not sprayed anything besides water. Otherwise, they have to be refurbished and tested, then sold at a discount.

Refunds

Note that a refund is available only after an inspection of your returned merchandise. As noted above, I’ll have to subtract from the refund any damage that means the item must be listed only as a “scratch and dent” item — or, as a worst case, can’t be resold at all.

You’ll receive a full refund, minus:

  • any free or discounted shipping costs. (When I provide FREE SHIPPING for orders over $50, I have still had to pay for it at my end.)

  • credit card and PayPal payment fees.

  • a restocking fee if original packaging is missing —usually $20 for a system.

  • any “scratch and dent” or other damage that means I can’t resell the item for the full retail price.

MOST orders go well. I hate having to give anything less than a full refund. To stay in business, these deductions are necessary. Al
