The Fuji Hi-Flex Hose

The New Fuji Hi-Flex Hose is standard with all systems. The plastic hoses typical with most HVLP turbine systems are hard and stiff making the spray gun difficult to maneuver. The Hi-Flex Hose is not only flexible at different temperatures, it will stay flexible over the years (unlike the plastic hoses that become stiffer with age due to the emission of plasticizers). The air control valve gives instantaneous and absolute control over the air flow right next to the spray gun where it belongs. The air flow can be cut back for spraying the insides of cabinets where less bounce back is desired or in situations where less over spray is needed. It is a better alternative to a variable speed turbine since the speed of the turbine is kept high allowing the turbine cooling fan to efficiently do its job and not let heat build up in the motor.

Mini 3-cup Set

Complete 1/2 pint (8ozs) miniature cup assembly. Supplied with 2 extra cups and 3 heavy-duty lids equipped with gaskets. This assembly is lightweight taking weight off the wrist. The small size allows access into confined areas such as cabinets, bookshelves etc. Cup is pressurized so spray pattern is always perfect. You will think of many uses for these cups, storing paints, stains. Quick color changes. Any type of touch-up work. Flexible Whip Hose

New Blue Whip hose has the same properties as whip hose in demo.

Lightweight 6ft. flexible hose is highly flexible. Takes weight off the wrist and flexibility allows for effortless maneuverability of the spray gun. An added feature is that the air through the spray gun is not as hot (due to the fact the spray gun is now 6ft further from the turbine). This often alleviates problems with fast drying lacquers drying too quickly. If you purchase the Flexible Whip Hose with a system there will be no shipping charges, purchased separately it will incur a shipping charge.

Hint!...Extra cups can help with cleaning the spray gun after use. By keeping an extra cup with thinner handy, after using the spray gun just take off the cup with the finish in it (you can also put a cup cap on it until you need to spray again), and attach the spray gun to the cup with the thinner in it, then spray the thinner through the spray gun to clean it out. Then you can store your cleaning thinner in the extra cup by putting a cup cap on it.
